Emily focuses her practice on defending businesses in the areas of products liability, premises liability, and general liability.

Emily is a Florida native. She received her undergraduate degree from the University of Notre Dame in American Studies and Statistics. Upon returning to Florida, she attended law school at the University of Florida Levin College of Law, where she graduated top 20% of her class. During law school, Emily became a certified county court mediator and served as Executive Forum Editor of the Journal of Law and Public Policy.

Emily is dedicated to achieving the best result for her clients by taking a holistic view of litigation, recognizing and analyzing the nuances of each case, understanding the motivations of the parties, and effectively communicating with clients, opposing counsel, witnesses, and the court.

Outside of her legal practice, Emily is an active member of her parish community at St. Margaret Mary Catholic Church, where she teaches confirmation classes to high schoolers. As a lifelong Floridian, she also loves taking advantage of all that Central Florida has to offer, especially spending time with family and friends at the local theme parks. She brings that same sense of balance, curiosity, and grounded perspective into her work, believing that strong relationships and genuine understanding make her a more effective advocate for her clients.

 

Tiffany Gutierrez focuses her practice in the areas of civil litigation, personal injury, product liability, and insurance litigation.

Prior to joining McDonald Toole Wiggins, P.A., Tiffany gained significant experience in her last semester in law school externing at the United States Department of Energy Office of the General Counsel working mainly in the Office of the Environment and the Office of Technology Transfer and Intellectual Property. Tiffany also interned with the Honorable Jay P. Cohen at Florida’s Fifth District Court of Appeal.

Tiffany graduated cum laude from the University of Florida Levin College of Law, where she served as an editor on the Florida Law Review. She earned her undergraduate degree in Biology from the University of Florida.

 

 

Desiree Hernandez focuses her practice on civil litigation, personal injury, product liability, and premises liability.

Before becoming an attorney, Desiree worked full-time as a paralegal while attending law school in the evening, an experience that reflects her determination and passion for the legal profession. This hands-on background provided her with invaluable experience in legal research, case preparation, and client service, forming a foundation for her success as a practicing attorney.

Desiree earned her Juris Doctor from Barry University School of Law. Prior to earning her J.D., she graduated cum laude from the College of Staten Island with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Philosophy.

Outside the office, Desiree enjoys spending time with her friends, family, and her beloved chihuahua, Gia.

Rachel is an Associate Attorney at McDonald Toole Richman & Correnti, P.A., where she specializes in personal injury defense litigation, representing companies in a broad array of matters, including automobile negligence, premises liability, product liability, and complex coverage disputes. Prior to joining the firm, Rachel developed a strong foundation in corporate litigation, handling high-stakes commercial disputes, contract issues, and business torts.

Rachel graduated magna cum laude, ranking second in her class at Barry University School of Law. As a Senior Editor of Barry Law Review, she demonstrated her leadership and analytical skills, while her work at the Bankruptcy Pro Se Clinic allowed her to assist individuals in navigating the intricacies of bankruptcy proceedings. Additionally, Rachel taught a Florida Bar essay preparation course at Barry Law, where she mentored and guided students preparing for the bar exam. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the University of Florida with minors in English and Classical Studies and her Master of Arts degree in Advertising from the University of Texas at Austin, combining expertise in both human behavior and strategic communication.

Before joining McDonald Toole Richman & Correnti, P.A., Rachel served as a judicial intern for the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida and the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Middle District of Florida, gaining valuable insight into the judicial process. She also contributed her time to the Legal Aid Society of the Orange County Bar Association, providing pro bono legal services to underserved communities. Rachel’s diverse professional background includes her role as a Planning and Zoning Commissioner for the City of Pflugerville, Texas, developer of affordable housing, as well as her experience as a sixth-grade teacher and coach in public schools, where she honed her leadership and mentoring skills.
