Barrett, Christine M.

Christine Barrett graduated from the University of San Diego School of Law where she earned both her Juris Doctor and Master of Laws in Taxation. During her law school career, Christine served as the Secretary of the Tax Law Society and provided extensive pro bono legal service at the University of San Diego’s State Income Tax and Sales and Use Tax Clinics. She also volunteered with the San Diego Superior Court, East County Division. Prior to attending law school, Christine earned her Bachelor’s degree in History at the University of Central Florida.

While residing in California, Christine clerked at the San Diego County Employees Retirement Association and practiced as a discovery associate at a national securities and class action firm. In 2013 she decided to return to her home state of Florida. Prior to joining McDonald Toole Wiggins, Christine was an associate attorney at a large Orlando-based firm where she focused her practice in the areas of real estate, civil litigation, and taxation.

In her spare time, Christine enjoys yoga, cooking, reading, and spending time with her husband, Sean.

Correnti, Michael

Michael Correnti, a partner with the firm, concentrates his practice on defending manufacturers and other businesses in complex civil litigation matters, including products liability, trucking accidents, automotive collisions, trucking repairs, commercial litigation and other catastrophic personal injury claims. Michael has extensive experience in all phases of litigation and brings an understanding of his clients’ concerns to his work, addressing all details of their situation promptly and efficiently in order to reach a favorable solution. Michael serves as national counsel for a major truck servicing company and a major forklift manufacturer, including personal injury cases involving company vehicles. Michael also serves as regional and local counsel for a variety of clients including a major tire manufacturer, insurance companies and other product manufacturers.

In addition to his pursuits in the law, Michael enjoys playing sports and attending Florida Gator football games.

Faris, Andrew K.

Andrew is an Associate Attorney at McDonald Toole Richman & Correnti, P.A., where he specializes in personal injury defense litigation, representing companies in a broad array of matters, including medical malpractice defense, premises liability, product liability, contract disputes, and collections defense. Prior to joining the firm, Andrew began his career by serving as a senior staff attorney for Judge James A. Edwards at Florida’s Fifth District Court of Appeal. Andrew then joined private practice where he developed a strong foundation in corporate litigation and healthcare law by helping to represent healthcare entities and businesses throughout the State of Florida.

Andrew knew from early in his education that he wanted to pursue a career in law and accepted the Flagler Scholarship to study at the Wilkes Honors College in Jupiter, Florida. Here, he competed for four years in undergraduate moot court winning awards for oral advocacy. Andrew graduated summa cum laude, being recognized as the exclusive Wilkes Honors College 2016 Outstanding Scholar for undergraduate research.

Andrew then graduated magna cum laude from Florida State University College of Law where he excelled as an Articles Editor on Law Review and as a teaching assistant. He was also selected to represent Florida State University at the Willem E. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot competition in Vienna, Austria, where his team received Honorable Mention recognition for its written brief. During law school, Andrew obtained multiple internships including a judicial externship with Federal Court Judge Mark Walker at the Northern District of Florida.

Ferris, Colby Nicole

Colby Ferris focuses her practice in the areas of products liability and premises liability. Prior to joining McDonald Toole Wiggins, P.A., she practiced civil defense representing automobile insurance companies, school boards, housing developers, and other insurers. She has defended a variety of claims including civil rights claims, Florida constitutional claims, automobile accidents, bullying claims, premises liability, wrongful death, and HOA claims. Colby is dedicated to achieving the best result for her clients by taking an active role in the litigation from start to finish, recognizing and analyzing the nuances of each case, identifying issues that may arise at trial, and effectively communicating with clients, opposing counsel, witnesses, and the court.

Colby graduated summa cum laude from Barry University School of Law, where she finished third in her class. Prior to that, she received her Bachelor of Science in Journalism cum laude from the University of Florida. While in law school, she served as Executive Editor of the Law Review and competed in national and state Moot Court competitions. In 2009, she was inducted into the National Order of the Scribes based on her outstanding legal writing and had her article on the Communications Decency Act chosen for publication. In 2010, she was awarded the ALI-ABA Scholarship and Leadership award for her work at Barry. Following law school, her passion for writing took her to the Public Defender’s Office Appellate Division, where her practice concentrated on appeals.

Gobin, Annalisa

Annalisa Gobin focuses her practice on general liability, products liability, and other complex civil litigation matters. She has accumulated experience in multiple areas of civil litigation, acting in the defense of some of the country’s most prominent employers and companies.

Anna received her law degree from the University of Richmond School of Law in Virginia.

She served as editor-in-chief of the Richmond Journal of Law and Technology and as founding President of the South Asian Law Students Association. She was the recipient of a Dean’s award for excellence in her social justice activism for the school and community.

Prior to law school, Anna attended the University of Central Florida, where she obtained a bachelors degree in legal studies. In 2025, she was recognized on UCF’s 30 under 30 list of outstanding alumni.

When not advocating for her clients, she enjoys spending time with her friends and family, cooking, and watching an excessive amount of Netflix.

Greentree, Emily

Emily focuses her practice on defending businesses in the areas of products liability, premises liability, and general liability.

Emily is a Florida native. She received her undergraduate degree from the University of Notre Dame in American Studies and Statistics. Upon returning to Florida, she attended law school at the University of Florida Levin College of Law, where she graduated top 20% of her class. During law school, Emily became a certified county court mediator and served as Executive Forum Editor of the Journal of Law and Public Policy.

Emily is dedicated to achieving the best result for her clients by taking a holistic view of litigation, recognizing and analyzing the nuances of each case, understanding the motivations of the parties, and effectively communicating with clients, opposing counsel, witnesses, and the court.

Outside of her legal practice, Emily is an active member of her parish community at St. Margaret Mary Catholic Church, where she teaches confirmation classes to high schoolers. As a lifelong Floridian, she also loves taking advantage of all that Central Florida has to offer, especially spending time with family and friends at the local theme parks. She brings that same sense of balance, curiosity, and grounded perspective into her work, believing that strong relationships and genuine understanding make her a more effective advocate for her clients.
